Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 03 November 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Amogh AI CCTV ("we", "us", "our"), the publisher of the Amogh Rent Manager mobile application and its online service (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the App.

1The service

The App helps property owners record properties, buildings and rooms; add tenants; make monthly rent bills; record rent received and issue receipts; add electricity / water charges from meter readings; track expenses and maintenance; prepare rental agreements; keep documents; see reports; send rent messages and alerts; and give tenants and staff their own login.

The App is a record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, payment service, legal adviser or property agent.

5Payments and money

6Receipts, agreements and reports

Receipts, rental agreements and reports made in the App are prepared from the information you enter. Agreement terms are an editable starting text, not legal advice. Getting an agreement signed, stamped or registered as required by law is the responsibility of the owner and the tenant.

7Messages and alerts

OTP, WhatsApp, SMS and app notifications depend on third-party services and on the phone being reachable. They may sometimes be delayed or not delivered. Please do not depend only on them for important dates. Owners can turn rent messages and the month-end alert off in the App.

8Acceptable use

You must not: break any law using the App; upload content that is false, harmful or that you have no right to share; try to access another person's account or data; copy, reverse-engineer, overload or disturb the App or its servers; or resell the App.

9Your data and our rights

10Availability and changes

We work to keep the App available and your data safe, but the App is provided "as is" and "as available". It may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may improve, change or stop features; important changes will be announced in the App.

11Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or rent, or loss caused by wrong information entered by users, by third-party services (such as UPI apps, WhatsApp or SMS providers), or by a dispute between users. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

12Ending your use

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time in the App (Settings → Delete my account) or on our Delete Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or the law. When an owner's account is deleted, its data is deleted as explained in the Privacy Policy.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
